Esports and gaming talent management agency DotX Talent has promoted Mitsouko Anderson to Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Anderson, who previously held the position of Head of Partnerships, said she would continue to lead the execution of DotX’s strategy and services.
DotX is a talent management agency that offers career support opportunities to content creators, professional players and broadcast talent. The firm provides services such as contract negotiations, invoice management, legal support and player transfer services.
“DotX has experienced amazing growth since its inception, and I am incredibly proud to have been a key part of building it from the ground-up,” Anderson said in a post on LinkedIn.
“I am thrilled to have reached this milestone in my professional journey with a company that really feels like a reflection of myself and what I have been determined to achieve: delivering the best-of-the-best in an industry I love.
“The hard work and passion put in by every single person at DotX fuels our achievements and I am grateful to be surrounded by such a fantastic team. A particular thank you to [Managing Director] Nick Williams for his trust and support (and being generally a pleasure to work alongside!).”
Prior to joining DotX, Anderson worked at marketing agency Code Red Esports. She worked at Code Red for three years, according to her LinkedIn profile, starting as a Campaign Executive and reaching Head of Campaign Management before leaving for DotX in October 2021.
